Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and creating a nurturing environment for young learners.
Duties:
- Implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational goals
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for preschool-aged children
- Conduct activities that promote social, physical, and cognitive development
- Monitor and assess student progress to ensure individualized learning needs are met
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student's progress and behavior
- Utilize behavior management techniques to create a positive classroom environment
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational experience
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a preschool or daycare setting is preferred
- Familiarity with literacy education and toddler care practices
- Ability to communicate effectively with young children and parents
- Knowledge of standardized testing procedures for early childhood education
- Understanding of child welfare and development principles
- Experience in behavior management techniques for young children
