Retail Store Manager

Miss A is hiring a full-time Store Manager for our Town Center at Cobb Mall location. Miss A is all about affordable beauty, accessories, and self-care — most items are just $1! We create a fun, positive shopping experience, and our Store Manager leads the team that makes it happen.

Requirements

• 5 years of retail management experience preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Full-time availability: 45 hours/week (more during peak season), including every Friday and Saturday and some Sundays; blackout/holiday periods require additional hours
• Cash-handling experience (deposits, safe management, till counting)
• Strong leadership, conflict-resolution, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Lead, recruit, train, retain, and manage the store team
• Oversee merchandising, ordering, inventory, and stocking
• Maintain an organized, clean stockroom/warehouse and sales floor
• Handle cash: bank deposits, safe management, and till counting
• Drive sales performance and store condition standards
• Communicate with HQ and submit daily closing videos via Basecamp
