As Store Manager, you'll own the day-to-day operation of your store: leading your team, keeping the floor and stockroom in top shape, managing inventory and cash, and delivering the kind of experience that keeps Miss A customers coming back. We're an easy commute from Everett, Edmonds, Mill Creek, Bothell, and north Seattle.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $54,000–$58,000 per year (based on experience).
- Monthly bonus program — after the 60-day introductory period, eligible for a monthly bonus scored on store condition, labor management, and sales performance.
- Benefits eligible after 60 days: Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, plus FSA accounts.
- Paid Time Off (PTO) — accrues per year, prorated by hire date.

What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop your store team — recruiting, retention, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Own store standards: merchandising, stocking, store recovery, cleanliness, and product presentation across the sales floor.
- Manage ordering, inventory, and an organized, accurate stockroom/warehouse.
- Handle cash responsibilities — bank deposits, safe management, and till counting.
- Drive labor management and sales performance to hit store goals.
- Resolve conflicts and solve problems on the floor with sound judgment.
- Communicate with HQ and submit nightly closing videos/photos through Basecamp.
What You'll Bring
- 5 years of retail management experience preferred.
- Proven leadership — building teams, coaching, and holding a store accountable to standards.
- Strong conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills.
- Comfort with cash handling, inventory, and merchandising.
- A valid Driver's License (required).
- Reliability and comfort with technology/tools (Basecamp, closing videos).
