About Us
Misra and Baker Corporation is a FedEx Contracted Service Provider serving the Mid-Thumb region of Michigan.
We’re hiring Alternate Vehicle Person (AVP) Delivery Drivers to deliver FedEx packages using their own personal vehicles.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver FedEx packages using your personal vehicle
- Follow assigned delivery routes safely and efficiently
- Maintain communication with management as needed
- Provide excellent customer service on every stop
Pay and Schedule
- $4 per stop
- Average 35–60 stops per day
- Paid weekly via W-2 and direct deposit
- Routes available 4-7 days a week
Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Have a good working smartphone with cellular service
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must have a reliable personal vehicle that meets these requirements:
- Vehicle Less than 15 years old
- Registered and insured in your name
- 4x4 capable vehicle during winter months
- Must be able to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs
- Pass a background check, urine drug test and motor vehicle record review
- Dependable, organized, and customer-focused

- SUVs
- Crossovers
- Minivans
- Large hatchbacks
- Pickup trucks with a bed cover
(No sports cars or low-clearance vehicles.)
