Job Summary
Miskelly Furniture is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our team. You will play a key role in helping customers furnish their homes with style and comfort while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting furniture and home décor that fits their needs and style.
- Build strong customer relationships through excellent service and follow-up.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, financing options, and product features.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- College degree or coursework a plus
- Previous retail or commission-based sales experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays - A MUST
- Self-motivated with a passion for helping others.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
Schedule: We are open Monday - Saturday and closed every Sunday.
Saturday & Monday - Required work days
Tuesday & Wednesday or Thursday & Friday (Weekday schedule will be based on the needs of the company)
Sales Employees are required to work all Holidays Except: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day
