Inventory Control Clerk

Position Title: Inventory Clerk Non-Exempt

Reports To: Receiving Supervisor

Position Summary

The Inventory Clerk will perform standard inventory tasks, audits provide accountability for all inbound

and outbound inventory. Must be able to work closely with others, have a good work ethic and ability to

work within a flexible schedule. Key internal customers: Operations, Accounting and Purchasing

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct a daily complete physical count to include adjustments by 7 am

• Responsible for inventory discrepancies and reconciliation

• Able to be creative, self-motivated and confident to find solutions for day to day issues

• Must follow all warehouse and GMP rules

• Ability to communicate effectively to Inventory lead as issues arise and find resolution

• Assist with loading and unloading trucks as necessary

Qualifications

• Strong organizational & documentation skills, Quality & Time Management, attention to deadlines

and detail, persistence, ability to work independently, high level of customer service and reporting

skills and willingness to learn new skills

• Computer knowledge

• Team oriented and good interpersonal skills

• Effective Communication skills

• Punctual and reliable

• Forklift experience (Certified)

Experience and Education

• High School Degree or GED preferred

• Minimum one-year experience

• Must be able to read and write in English

• Bilingual English - Spanish required

Able to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist and reach on a daily basis. Able to work outside in all weather conditions.

Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally. Any specialized tools needed for specific equipment on site, will

be provided by the company and are to remain on site in the company tool box. The requirements listed are
