Mishnoah Retreat is a lovingly restored lakeside escape in The Last Green Valley of Holland, MA — a historic former camp turned year-round destination for cabin stays, weddings, and wellness retreats. Our cabins sit on a private lake surrounded by forest, and every guest who walks through the door should feel like they've arrived somewhere truly special.
We're looking for a **Retreat Caretaker** to join our small, close-knit team. This is a hands-on role where your work sets the tone for every guest's experience.
**What you'll do:**
- Prepare cabins between guest stays — cleaning, making beds, resetting each space to its best
- Conduct walkthroughs before arrivals and after departures to make sure everything is right
- Restock cabin supplies (toiletries, kitchen basics, firewood) as needed
- Report any maintenance needs or damage to the property manager
- Occasionally greet arriving guests and answer questions about the property
**What we're looking for:**
- Someone who takes pride in the work — you notice the things guests notice
- Reliable and self-directed; comfortable working independently on-site
- Prior housekeeping, vacation rental, hotel, or hospitality experience a plus
- Located within reasonable distance of Holland, MA
