Mish Mash Adventures is looking for an energetic, outgoing, and downright fun personality to join our guest services team! If you light up a room, love making people smile, and can't help but be a little silly — we want to meet you.

This isn't a sit-behind-the-desk kind of job. You'll be the first face guests see, the friendly voice on the phone, and the hype-person cheering on birthday parties and group events. If you thrive on energy, connection, and a little chaos in the best way — keep reading.

What You'll Do

• Welcome guests with warmth and enthusiasm as they check in
• Answer phones and make outbound calls to confirm bookings, follow up on inquiries, and check in with guests
• Book reservations — both in person and over the phone
• Host parties — bring high energy to birthday parties and large group events, keeping guests engaged and having fun
• Monitor guests as they play, ensuring everyone's safe and having a blast
• Handle sales — respond to inbound inquiries and reach out on outbound leads, with commission opportunities on bookings you help close
• Light cleaning and tidying to keep our space guest-ready

What We're Looking For

• A high-energy, cheerleader-type personality — someone who genuinely loves engaging with people
• Comfortable being silly, loud, and outgoing — this job rewards big personalities
• Strong communicator, both in person and on the phone
• Sales-minded — you enjoy the challenge (and reward!) of turning inquiries into bookings
• Reliable, responsible, and comfortable keeping an eye on guests during active play
• Team player who wants to have fun at work every single day

No specific experience required — we're hiring for personality and energy first. Customer service, sales, retail, or event experience is a plus but not required.
