Position Overview:
As an Operating Room Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality surgical care to our patients. You will work closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the surgical suite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare the operating room for surgeries, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available and sterile.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to protect patients from infection, injury, and other risks.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and procedures, as well as regulatory standards.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in surgical nursing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
