Part-Time Warehouse Associate – Mish Esthetics

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and accurately process incoming shipments of products and supplies
• Pick, pack, and fulfill e-commerce and wholesale orders with attention to detail and brand presentation standards
• Maintain organized inventory storage, ensuring products are properly labeled and rotated (FIFO when applicable)
• Perform regular inventory counts and assist with stock audits to maintain accurate inventory levels
• Prepare and print shipping labels, coordinate with carriers, and ensure timely order dispatch
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate low stock or discrepancies to management
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to support efficient operations
• Assist with product kitting, bundling, and special promotional packaging
• Follow company procedures for handling damaged, defective, or returned items
• Support implementation of warehouse systems (e.g., Shopify, WMS) and troubleshoot minor operational issues
• Adhere to safety guidelines and proper handling procedures for all products and equipment
• Collaborate with the e-commerce and operations team to meet daily and weekly fulfillment goals
• Assist in front desk duties when needed, including customer inquiries and basic administrative tasks

Requirements

• Ability to lift and move packages (up to 30 lbs) and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
• Basic computer skills (shipping software, order systems, Shopify preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain consistent attendance
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to follow processes and work both independently and with a team
• Clear communication skills

Bonus Qualifications (Plus if you have):

• Experience or interest in marketing, especially within beauty or e-commerce
• Basic skills in product photography and/or videography (shooting, lighting, or editing content)
• Familiarity with creating content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• An eye for branding, aesthetics, and visual presentation aligned with a beauty brand

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 15.0 per week
