What are the responsibilities and job description for the Influencer & UGC Marketing Manager position at Misfit Marketing?
What You'll Do
- Own influencer and UGC strategy end-to-end for 3–5 client accounts, from briefing through post-campaign analysis
- Source, vet, and negotiate with creators across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Lead influencer programming for in-person events across NYC and the Hamptons — including talent invites, RSVP management, on-site hosting, content capture, and post-event amplification
- Leverage and continuously expand your personal Rolodex of NYC-based influencers, UGC creators, and talent managers
What We're Looking For
- An active, personal Rolodex of NYC-based influencers and UGC creators across lifestyle, fashion, beauty, food, or other relevant verticals — this is non-negotiable
- Experience running influencer activations at live events — comfortable being on the ground, managing talent in real time, and troubleshooting on the fly
- Strong negotiation skills and comfort with creator contracts, usage rights, and rate benchmarking
- NYC-based and able to attend creator events, brand activations, and in-person meetings regularly — including travel to the Hamptons during event season
