Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Loudspeaker Transducer Engineer located in Minneapolis, MN. The Loudspeaker Transducer Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing loudspeaker transducers that meet client specifications. The role involves conducting acoustic measurements and analyses, prototyping and testing loudspeakers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring rigorous quality control. You will also engage in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to enhance product performance and reliability.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of acoustics and loudspeaker design principles
- Proficiency in using acoustic measurement and analysis tools
- Experience with prototyping and testing loudspeaker transducers
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Acoustics, or related field
- Knowledge of material science and manufacturing processes
- Relevant experience in the audio, automotive, or related industries is a plus
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
