Warehouse Delivery Driver

Description

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Warehouse Delivery Driver to join our team. Key Responsibilities

• Unload and deliver pallets of products to customers efficiently and safely
• Accurately pull orders and count products received to ensure order accuracy
• Operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment as needed to facilitate loading and unloading
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with safety protocols and company standards
• Manage inventory control by ensuring products are stored in appropriate locations
• Report any product damages, losses, or unsellable conditions to the management team promptly
• Handle merchandise with care to ensure it arrives at the customer in optimal condition
• Communicate effectively with team members across departments regarding inventory or order-related issues
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing customer questions or concerns professionally
• Occasional out of town travel may be required; not limited to local deliveries

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Proven experience in warehouse operations, delivery driving, or logistics preferred
• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to warehouse and transportation operations
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks regularly
• Reliable, punctual, and customer-oriented mindset
  
  

Physical Conditions

• Able to lift, move and carry objects up to 75 lbs
• Able to work early morning hours
• Able to work in temp control environment (~ 55 degrees)
• Able to operate a vehicle during various weather and road conditions for extended periods of time throughout the working day
  
  

Education

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
