Key Responsibilities
- Oversee order flow including order entry, tracking, and delivery coordination for Depot account.
- Schedule Inbound containers and close collaboration with Warehouse and Logistics Manager on planning, inventory, and warehouse receiving
- Process high-volume customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain accuracy of pricing, vintages, quantities, sizing, and related product information across internal reports and systems
- Prepare warehouse documentation for order picking and trailer loading
- Schedule delivery appointments with customers and freight drivers
- Coordinate and secure transportation through third-party logistics providers (3PLs)
- Resolve issues that arise during the fulfillment process to ensure on-time delivery
- Report damaged, short, or missing products in a timely manner
- Review PODs (Proofs of Delivery) to verify products delivered against BOLs and original orders
- Generate and issue invoices based on products received by customers
- Communicate updates regarding pending, incomplete, or problem orders to internal teams
- Collaborate cross-functionally to provide exceptional customer service support
- Assist with additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree)
- Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong team collaboration skills
- Experience working in a high-volume, task-oriented environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook
- Preferred experience with NetSuite and Fintech systems
- Logistics, transportation coordination, drayage, or supply chain experience is a plus
- Wine & spirits industry experience preferred but not required
