Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Hearing Aid Specialist at MIRZA HEARING SERVICES LLC DBA Miracle-Ear located in Hamilton, MT. The Hearing Aid Specialist will be responsible for conducting hearing tests, performing audiometry, and assisting patients in selecting and fitting hearing aids. The specialist will also provide counseling and education on hearing loss and hearing aid usage. Role may require some traveling to other offices. Relocation can be negotiated in the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Audiology and Hearing Tests proficiency
- Experience in conducting audiometry
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well with a diverse patient population
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Must be able to obtain Hearing Aid Dispenser license in the State of Montana
