Responsibilities
- Provide professional hair styling, cutting, coloring, and hair extension services tailored to each client’s preferences and needs.
- Perform precise nail care treatments including manicures, pedicures, and advanced techniques like gel nails and nail art.
- Apply color theory principles to achieve desired hair color results while educating clients on maintenance and aftercare.
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by properly sterilizing tools and ensuring a clean work environment in compliance with health regulations.
- Upsell retail products related to hair care, nail care to enhance client results and increase sales revenue through effective retail math skills.
- Communicate clearly with clients to understand their goals, provide expert recommendations, and ensure a positive experience from consultation to completion.
Experience
- Valid cosmetology license required.
- Proven experience in hair styling, coloring techniques including balayage or highlights, and applying hair extensions.
- Skilled in nail care procedures such as manicures, pedicures, gel applications, and nail art.
- Strong understanding of color theory for hair coloring projects and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining professionalism.
