Role Description The Nurse Practitioner at Mirror Mirror Aesthetics is a full-time, on-site role based in Fort Mill, SC. This position involves performing aesthetic consultations and developing treatment plans. The Nurse Practitioner will conduct comprehensive assessments, obtain informed consent, document care accurately, and monitor client progress and outcomes. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with other clinical and administrative team members, providing education on treatment options and post-care instructions, and maintaining a high standard of safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance. The role also includes participation in ongoing training, staying current with aesthetic industry trends, and contributing to a positive, client-centered practice culture.

Qualifications

  • Current Nurse Practitioner license in good standing, with appropriate certification and prescriptive authority as required by South Carolina.
  • Clinical experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or a related field, or strong interest and willingness to train in aesthetic procedures.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform thorough client assessments, develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain procedures, risks, and benefits clearly and support clients in decision-making.
  • Commitment to professional ethics, client safety, and adherence to regulatory, infection control, and documentation standards.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a small practice setting, manage time effectively, and adapt to evolving client needs and clinic workflows.
  • Comfort using electronic medical records and basic digital tools to document care and coordinate client follow-up.
  • CPR/BLS certification; ACLS and experience with emergency response in an outpatient setting are beneficial.
  • Experience in or interest in client relationship building and basic practice development activities, such as educating clients on available services.
