Role Description
We are seeking a Local Sales Representative for a full-time on-site position in the Jackson, Memphis and Nashville, TN area. The role involves building and maintaining client relationships, identifying customer needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive business growth. Additional responsibilities include meeting sales targets, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with service and operational teams to deliver high-quality solutions tailored to client requirements. Travel in West and Middle Tennessee is required.
Qualifications, 2 Years Sales Experience
- Strong sales and communication skills, with experience in building and maintaining client relationships
- Ability to identify customer needs and deliver value-driven solutions
- Proficiency in preparing and presenting sales reports, along with a solid understanding of sales metrics and targets
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capability to manage multiple accounts effectively
- Experience in landscaping, sweeping, or snow management services is a plus
- Proficiency in using sales or CRM software is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working in a team-oriented environment
