Mirror Lake Village Senior Living, a Brightwater community, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Director to lead our team with excellence and compassion. Key Responsibilities

Community Leadership & Operations

  • Lead and oversee all aspects of community operations, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and enriching environment for residents and staff.
  • Maintain strict compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, ensuring adherence to industry best practices.
  • Manage budgets and financial performance, ensuring fiscal responsibility and efficiency.
  • Promote a positive community image, fostering strong relationships with residents, families, employees, and the greater community.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to resident, employee, or operational issues, including after-hours needs.

Resident & Family Engagement

  • Ensure that resident needs are consistently met with dignity, compassion, and personalized attention.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with residents, families, and caregivers, fostering an atmosphere of communication and confidence.

Employee Development & Team Leadership

  • Recruit, hire, and lead a high-performing team dedicated to excellence in service and care.
  • Provide ongoing staff education and training, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and professional development opportunities.
  • Cultivate a positive and collaborative workplace culture, where employees feel valued, motivated, and empowered to succeed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of leadership or management experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • State or provincially required licenses or certifications, if applicable.
  • Proven ability to lead, inspire, and manage diverse teams in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of budget management, operations, and regulatory compliance in a senior care setting is preferred.
