Responsibilities
- Perform interior and exterior detailing services on a wide variety of vehicles.
- Wash, decontaminate, clay, polish, and protect vehicles according to company SOPs.
- Assist with paint correction and ceramic coating installations (training provided).
- Safely operate detailing equipment and maintain a clean work environment.
- Perform quality control inspections before vehicles are delivered to customers.
- Communicate professionally with customers when needed.
- Maintain company vehicles, equipment, and supplies.
- Represent Mirror Finish Detailing with professionalism at every job.
What We're Looking For
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.

- Reliable transportation and punctuality.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Experience is preferred but not required—we provide hands-on training and detailed SOPs.
