What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director, Agency Growth Strategy - Part-Time, Flexible position at Mirren?
The Agency Role You Didn’t Know You Were Craving
If you’ve spent a decade or more in account management helping your clients grow, here’s a way to keep shaping the industry you love (but without the day-to-day agency grind). Take your years of experience and now empower agency teams across the industry.
Mirren is expanding our bench of experienced agency growth advisors and workshop leaders.
- With a team from Wieden Kennedy, TBWA\Chiat\Day, and Razorfish, we train the best agencies in the business on how to accelerate growth by becoming strong strategic partners with clients.
- As a trainer, you’ll lead interactive workshops with senior teams on client business leadership, strategic development, growth planning, and the practical use of AI.
- The real payoff is seeing your ideas land – watching a room spark as your instruction clicks and everyone begins using their new skills. We’ve built a loyal following with training that is known for being energetic, insightful, and effective.
The Role
Engagements are project-based and include both in-person and remote workshops. We provide a structured onboarding and “train the trainer” program.
In this role, you’ll:
- Work with senior agency teams in-person and remotely
- Lead workshops with the goal of empowering agencies to implement new skills and tools that will completely accelerate growth
- Teach proven methods that ultimately improve strategic development, organic growth, new business, and the practical use of AI
- Speak at industry conferences

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- Minimum 8 - 10 years in the agency industry (a portion of which can be client-side)
