Service and Warranty Administrator

We’re seeking an experienced Service & Warranty Administrator with a background in volume home building and strong people skills.

The Role

• Manage the workflow of a portfolio of jobs.
• Provide customers with updates in a timely manner.
• Scheduling trades and services to resolve any issues.
• Liaise with relevant stakeholders including customers, suppliers, and trades.
• Support and assist Service and Warranty Supervisors and Technicians.
• Provide quality customer experience & focus on delivering outcomes.
  
  

Qualifications, Experience, Attributes

• Knowledge of VBA guidelines and construction process
• Well-rounded skillset
• Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
• CERT IV in building and construction highly regarded
