Sous Chef
Work in the #1 Community in the USA Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club in Miromar Lakes, Southwest Florida, is seeking an experienced full-time Sous Chef. The Sous Chef is responsible for assisting the Executive Chef with the overall day to day operations of the Kitchen, including but not limited to, scheduling/managing kitchen staff, menu planning/preparation, maintaining kitchen equipment, maintaining food cost, and producing a high level of quality cuisine, inventory and placing orders.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years experience as a Sous Chef
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a Country Club or Hotel preferred
- Knowledgeable of current culinary trends
- Be able to multi task and work well under pressure
- Culinary Degree Preferred
