Background: The Coast Guard Investigative Service (CGIS) has a need to train all CGIS field agents in the use of Cellebrite UFED4PC, Premium, and Physical Analyzer (Inseyets) so they are able to conduct mobile device data extractions, analysis, and report generation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Train field agents on data extraction from mobile devices – primarily cell phones -- using Cellebrite UFED4PC and Cellebrite Premium.
- Train field agents how to perform data analysis and generate reports using Cellebrite Physical Analyzer (Inseyets).
- Act as a resource to help guide agents through the extraction process.
- Develop training materials for field agents.
- Educate agents on the full capabilities of the Cellebrite software.
- Responsible for updating and maintaining all software and hardware used by field agents for mobile device forensics in the assigned district.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2-3 years of technical training experience
- 2-3 years of developing technical documentation
- U.S. Citizenship
- Understanding of Cellebrite software and resources
- Ability to travel up to 25% in the continental U.S.
Certifications:
- Cellebrite Certified Mobile Examiner (CCME) Certification required
- Digital Forensics Examiner (DFE) preferred
