Duties
- Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, and provide personalized recommendations to enhance their dining experience
- Use POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders efficiently and accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring guest satisfaction
- Serve food and beverages promptly, maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and food safety
- Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to uphold sanitation standards
- Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive atmosphere in both restaurant and nightlife settings like nightclubs or bars

Requirements
- Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred,
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms for efficient transaction processing
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while multitasking between serving, upselling, and assisting team members
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
- Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and sales transactions
- Excellent communication skills paired with a friendly demeanor to foster guest satisfaction and team collaboration
