Mireaux Management Solutions is seeking a part-time Technical Training Course Developer to support Mireaux University course development. This role will help design, improve, and produce professional training courses related to ISO and API management system standards.
This is a part-time role to start, approximately 3 days per week. The ideal candidate is comfortable with technical content, PowerPoint, course production, video recording, and technology-based workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with development of ISO/API training courses
- Create and improve PowerPoint training modules
- Help prepare participant guides, worksheets, checklists, and tests
- Review course content for clarity, flow, and technical accuracy
- Support video recording and course production
- Work with AI-assisted tools and internal systems to develop course materials
- Help organize course files and prepare content for Mireaux University
- Collaborate with Mireaux leadership to improve course quality and learner experience
Requirements:
- Knowledge of ISO and/or API management system standards
- Strong PowerPoint skills
- Excellent writing, speaking, and communication skills
- Comfortable recording video or presenting training content
- Very comfortable with technology and learning new software
- Detail-oriented, organized, and professional
- Able to work independently while following established course-development guidance
Preferred:
- Experience with ISO 9001, API Q1, API Q2, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or internal auditing
- Training, instructional design, consulting, auditing, or quality management experience
- Experience creating courses, videos, LMS content, or technical presentations
