About the Role
We're looking for a Product Manager to work with the backend aspects of our platform: the APIs, integrations, and system workflows. You'll be deep in the details, working across engineering, customer success, and external partners.
You'll define and prioritize integration requirements, translate complex technical constraints into clear product decisions, and serve as the go-between for engineering teams and the customers and stakeholders who depend on reliable system interoperability. Expect to spend meaningful time in API documentation, data mapping discussions, and cross-functional incident reviews.
Description:
- Collaborate with Customer Success team to conduct user research and synthesize findings into actionable insights
- Help track key product metrics and surface insights to the team
- Integration roadmap across internal systems and third-party platforms
- Support Director of PM in defining requirements and maintaining the product backlog
- Assist in coordinating sprint planning, grooming sessions, and retrospectives
What we're looking for:
- 3 years of experience as a technical consultant, PM, or a relevant field
- Ability to map client environments to product capabilities,
- Familiarity with REST APIs and enterprise software ecosystems
- Highly organized, with an ability to manage multiple tasks without dropping the ball
- Comfortable asking questions, taking feedback, and iterating quickly
- A collaborative, adaptable approach to working with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrable AI skills
Nice to Have
- Ability to read code (even if you’re not writing it)
- Internship or project experience in a tech or SaaS environment
- Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with tools like Jira and Figma
- A background in business, computer science, or a related field
