Role Description
The Senior Talent Development Partner is a senior-level individual contributor responsible for designing, building, and optimizing the credit union’s learning ecosystem. Reporting to the VP of Learning and Development, this role focuses on creating scalable, high-impact training solutions that support employee performance, elevate the member experience, and align with Mirastar’s values and service philosophy. This position serves as a subject matter expert in learning management systems, instructional design and learning strategy, partnering across departments to deliver innovative, compliant, and member-centric training programs. While not responsible for direct people management, the Senior Talent Development Partner leads through influence, project ownership, and expertise. This role operates as a highly collaborative individual contributor within the Talent team. The Senior Talent Development Partner is expected to balance hands-on execution, managing projects, systems, and processes that support employee success and enhance the member experience. Occasional travel may be required to support in-branch or in-person training initiatives.
