MiraSol Health is seeking a Night and Weekend Registered Nurse to join our team. This is a 7 nights on, 7 nights off position. Employee benefits, including major medical, begin upon the date of hire (no payroll deduction that is covered by the organization). The successful candidate will be responsible for patient care and coordination with the interdisciplinary team. Case manager duties include assessing, planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating actions required to meet the client’s physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. This main objective is responsive patient communication and triaging. We currently serve Beaufort, Jasper, Colleton and Hampton Counties.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and provide care that is safe, timely, effective, efficient, and client-centered
- Handle case assignments
- Facilitate multiple care aspects (case coordination, information sharing, etc.)
- Help patients make informed decisions by acting as their advocate
- Develop effective working relations and cooperate with the interdisciplinary team throughout the case management process
- Required documentation - must be comfortable using an iPad
- Adhere to professional standards as outlined by protocols, rules and regulations
Skills
- At least 1 year of experience as a RN
- Effective communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with professional and technical emerging knowledge
- Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task
- Compassion
- Current RN license, BLS certification
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $79,000.00 - $88,000.00 per year
