- Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and directing the Nursing Services Department
- Participate in the maintenance and implementation of the facility's quality assurance program for the Nursing Services Department
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and standards
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care
- Develop and maintain effective communication with staff, families, and physicians
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives and quality improvement projects
- Must be a graduate of an approved nursing program
- Must possess and maintain a current state license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- At least 2 years of Supervisory experience in a Skilled Nursing Care Environment preferred
- Full-time position
- Bilingual English and Spanish preferred
