- Perform physical therapy modalities and exercises
- Conduct daily assessments and treat residents as needed
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain accurate and thorough records of patient care and treatment
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of individualized care plans
- Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assistant studies
- Current Florida Physical Therapy Assistant license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
