Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, mobility, and incontinence care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and progress
- Assist with feeding, bathing, dressing, and grooming residents as needed
- Report any changes in patient condition or concerns to licensed nursing staff
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents and staff
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Florida
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
- 1 year of experience in the healthcare industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in all interactions with residents, families, and staff
- Competitive hourly rate of $15.5 - $16.5
