Job Title: Restaurant Manager
Location: Miramar Beach Restaurant — 131 Mirada Road, Half Moon Bay, CA 94019
Employment: Full-time; evenings, weekends, and holidays required

Responsibilities:
- Supervise front-of-house staff and ensure excellent guest service
- Create schedules, coach team members, and assist with hiring
- Handle guest issues, cash reconciliation, and basic sales reporting
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with food/alcohol regulations
- Support inventory control, ordering, and local promotions
Qualifications:
- 2 years supervisory experience in full-service restaurants
- Strong customer-service, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic reporting
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
