Our property manager will be responsible for handling tenant relations, implementing the companies leasing requirements, overseeing maintenance and leasing staff, ensuring compliance with state/city regulations, collecting on accounts and more.
Responsibilities:
- Provide information to residents about rental units.
- Operate a friendly rental office and coordinate with tenants, rental agents and supervisors.
- Oversee daily operations.
- Manage resident accounts.
- Collection of overdue and past accounts.

Pay: $18.00 - $27.00 per hour
