Schedule: On-site Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. No nights, no weekends, and no major holidays!
Position Summary
The HR Recruiter supports both talent acquisition and HR operations, managing the full recruitment lifecycle while maintaining accurate, compliant employee records. This role partners with hiring managers, keeps the hiring pipeline moving, and ensures a smooth onboarding experience from start to finish.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with hiring managers to fill open roles
- Source, screen, and manage candidates through the hiring process
- Schedule interviews and coordinate background checks
- Track hiring metrics and maintain recruitment records
- Process onboarding documents (including I-9s)
- Maintain employee records and support audits
- Respond to employee HR questions and support training & events
What You Bring
- Associate's degree
- 1-3 years of recruiting or HR experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
