Position Overview
MIRACO is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Growth to lead and scale the company’s digital growth initiatives. This role will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, retention, and brand visibility across all digital channels while delivering a premium online experience aligned with a luxury consumer audience.
The ideal candidate has deep experience in luxury or jewelry eCommerce marketing, understands the behaviors of high-end consumers, and has a proven track record of scaling direct-to-consumer brands through data-driven digital strategies. This role requires expertise in Shopify, performance marketing, CRM and lifecycle marketing, conversion optimization, and brand storytelling.
The Director of Growth will work cross-functionally with leadership, creative, merchandising, and external partners to execute initiatives that increase online sales, improve customer lifetime value, and strengthen MIRACO’s market position within the luxury jewelry space.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
- Manage and optimize Shopify storefront performance, customer experience, and conversion funnels
- Analyze customer behavior and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing spend
- Oversee CRM and lifecycle marketing strategies to improve customer retention and lifetime value
- Collaborate with creative and merchandising teams to align campaigns with brand positioning and seasonal launches
- Drive A/B testing and conversion rate optimization initiatives across the website and marketing campaigns
- Manage relationships with external agencies, technology partners, and marketing vendors
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards to track KPIs including ROAS, CAC, LTV, conversion rate, and revenue performance
- Develop strategies specifically targeted toward luxury and high-net-worth consumers
- Ensure consistent brand presentation and premium customer experience across all digital touchpoints
- Stay current on eCommerce, luxury retail, and consumer marketing trends to identify innovative opportunities for growth
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or eCommerce leadership roles
- Experience marketing luxury consumer products, preferably within jewelry, fashion, beauty, or premium lifestyle brands
- Strong understanding of high-end consumer behavior and luxury brand positioning
- Proven experience scaling Shopify-based eCommerce businesses
- Expertise in paid digital advertising platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, and affiliate networks
- Experience with CRM and email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo or similar tools
- Strong analytical skills with experience using GA4, Shopify Analytics, and reporting platforms
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and work in a fast-paced growth environment
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
- Experience with conversion rate optimization and performance marketing best practices
- Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
