Position Description:
Support our further growth, we are looking for a Logistics Coordinator for our US and Canada (USC). Responsible for day-to-day coordination of import and export distribution, with a direct reporting line to the Regional Supply Chain Manager USC. Periodic domestic and international travel.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support import and export documentation and arrangements.
- Day-to-day management of logistics flow.
- Experience in Draw-back processes. (Preferred)
- Freight Cost control.
- Regular KPI tracking and reviews with 3rd parties.
- Manage exceptions and disruptions in transport and warehousing.
- Communicate issues to Customer Care and team.
- Support insourcing of transport and warehouse services.
- Support logistics related projects.
- Inventory accuracy resolution and adjustments.
- Manage small on-site spare parts warehouse and shipping.
Education, Skills & Experience:
- Organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment - needs to be able to multi-task to manage both workload and paperwork effectively.
- Action orientated - needs to be able to follow up on feedback to ensure positive outcomes.
- Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email) and excellent administration skills. Infor M3 experience a plus
- Professional communication skills - needs to be able to communicate with peers, customers and vendors internally, and across cultures.
- Experience in warehousing and distribution, ideally also working with a 3PL, is desirable.
Salary : $60,000 - $68,000
