Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Programs Coordinator, located in Irvine, CA. The Programs Coordinator will manage day-to-day operations of programs that serve families in need, oversee project logistics, and ensure the effective delivery of support services. Responsibilities include assisting in program development, case management, maintaining communication with families, coordinating resources, and collaborating with other team members and partners to provide excellent service. The role also involves data management, reporting, and the continual evaluation of program effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Program Management and Program Development
- Experience in Project Management and the ability to manage multiple initiatives effectively
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of individuals and organizations
- Proficiency in using productivity tools and software for managing program workflows
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience preferred, 2 years of casework experience
- Experience in a non-profit or social services setting is highly desirable
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bilingual English & Spanish, written and verbal
