Role Description
This is a contract role for a child and adolescent Outpatient Therapist. The Outpatient Therapist will conduct client assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapy sessions. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate client records, coordinating care with other providers, and implementing evidence-based interventions. This hybrid position is based in Mooresville and Denver, NC, but allows for some work from home flexibility. Availability should include afternoon and evening hours for client accessibility.
Qualifications
- Treatment Planning and Case Management skills
- Training and experience in trauma treatment modalities to include TFCBT, EMDR, Play Therapy, Expressive Arts therapy, etc
- Proficiency in providing indicidual therapy, preferably for thise ages 6 years.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Valid licensure as a therapist or counselor
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Understanding of ethical and legal guidelines in mental health practice
- Fully licensed or provisionally licensed by the State of NC
