Job Description

At Miracles and Mane, our goal is to provide quality cranial prosthetics, also known as wigs, to patients suffering from hair loss due to a medical condition or treatment which causes alopecia. Our medical wigs cater to all woman over 18 years of age. The Prosthetic Coordinator acts as a field representative for Miracles and Mane. This role is responsible for performing consultations, prosthetic quality control and managing customer concerns. This role is ideal for cosmetologists, retirees, stay at home mothers, or other individuals who has a passion for empowering women. Responsibilities

• Support the Mission, Values and Vision of Miracles and Mane

• Schedule consultations, fittings and follow up appointments
• Measure patients scalp for appropriate fitting of cranial prosthetic
• Provide recommendations based on the severity of the patient’s alopecia
• Perform quality assurance and Compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Resolve all customer concerns in professional and courteous manner
• Distribute Miracles and Mane brochures at local hair stores, salons, doctor offices

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• 1-year experience working in a premium retail-setting preferred
• Prior experience or knowledge of cosmetics, skin care, or beauty is a plus
• Reliable transportation Works well with others

Job Type: Part-time

Salary Range: $12.50- $15 per hour.
