What We’re Looking For
The Customer Retention Manager is a prime dealership position that is responsible for evaluating and improving customer service processes. Responsible for monitoring and managing the Customer Experience and Dealer Reputation through performance metrics and meeting with management and staff to keep informed and train on how to increase the dealership’s Customer Satisfaction Index.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop knowledge of all Customer Service Indicators
Gather data off Manufacturer Systems on missed opportunities
Communicate thoroughly customized solutions through data found in previous surveys
Develop problem solving techniques to resolve customer issues
Engage with every customer
Follow up with every customer
Assist customers with customer-satisfaction concerns
Coach associates on customer satisfaction opportunities
Follow up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with product/service received
REQUIREMENTS:
Professional personal appearance & excellent communication skills.
Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
