Sr. Technical Product Manager – Software/AI Delivery (W2)

Miracle Software Systems, Inc. is looking for "Senior Technical Product Manager – Software/AI Delivery" for long term Contract/Fulltime position available with following Job description.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Software or AI Delivery Experience: Experience working with or within software engineering, product delivery, or AI development teams, with an understanding of common delivery practices and the ability to contribute quickly.
• AI Product Management (Preferred): Prior experience managing AI products is preferred, particularly the ability to partner with engineers on model evaluation, performance measurement, and quality trade-offs.
• Technical delivery: Experience working with software engineering or AI development teams.
• AI collaboration: Ability to partner with engineers on model evaluation, performance, and quality trade-offs.
• Enterprise complexity: Comfort navigating large organizations and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Complex Organizational or Industry Experience (Preferred): Experience working in large organizations or complex industries, such as banking, insurance, manufacturing, or technology. Automotive industry experience is not required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in product management, technical delivery, business analysis, or customer experience, ideally in software or AI environments.
• Demonstrated end-to-end product ownership, including defining roadmaps, prioritizing backlogs, and driving execution from discovery through delivery.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, user research, and facilitation skills.
• Experience engaging customers and stakeholders to understand needs, identify pain points, and translate insights into product requirements.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering teams on delivery planning, technical trade-offs, and product quality.
• AI or machine learning product management experience preferred, but not required.
