Senior Technical Analyst (On W2)

🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior Technical Analyst

📍 Location: Cleveland, OH (Onsite)

📄 Duration: 6 Months (Contract-to-Hire)

We are looking for a Senior Technical Analyst to join our team and support enterprise-wide and SaaS-based applications. This role is key in driving data accessibility, reporting, and operational efficiency while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support & configuration for SaaS and enterprise applications

• Maintain system performance, data integrity, and reliability

• Develop custom queries, dashboards, and reports

• Establish data governance standards

• Support Customer MDM initiatives and business requirements

• Manage user access and provide end-user training

• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements

• Facilitate UAT and ongoing operational support

🔹 Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

• 4–6 years of experience with enterprise applications

• Strong knowledge of SaaS platforms & SDLC

• Experience with database management and reporting tools

• Excellent analytical and communication skills

🔹 Technical Skills:

System Configuration | SDLC | Cloud Platforms | Data Modeling | ETL | Reporting Tools | Access Control

🔹 Preferred:

• ITIL / Microsoft / Oracle certifications

• Experience in Customer MDM

• Strong background in UAT, gap analysis, and process documentation
