Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP ABAP Developer with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA and Fiori applications to support our Finance (General Ledger) function. The role will focus on designing, developing, and maintaining custom ABAP programs, reports, and Fiori-based applications to optimize financial reporting and operational efficiency.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP ABAP Developer with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA and Fiori applications to support our Finance (General Ledger) function. The role will focus on designing, developing, and maintaining custom ABAP programs, reports, and Fiori-based applications to optimize financial reporting and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain ABAP programs for SAP S/4HANA, with a focus on Finance (FI) and General Ledger (GL) reporting.
- Design and implement custom Fiori applications and enhance standard Fiori apps to streamline GL processes.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize and troubleshoot ABAP code for performance and system stability.
- Integrate SAP applications with non-SAP systems as required.
- Provide technical support for Finance processes, including month-end closing and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with SAP best practices, coding standards, and system security guidelines.
- Assist in system upgrades, migrations, and new implementations within the SAP S/4HANA environment.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8 years of SAP ABAP development experience, with at least 3 years working on SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Strong expertise in ABAP on HANA, CDS Views, AMDP, OData services, and Fiori/UI5 development.
- Hands-on experience in Finance (FI) module, especially General Ledger processes and reporting.
- Proven ability to create custom reports, interfaces, workflows, and enhancements within SAP.
- Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Prior experience in SAP Finance Transformation or S/4HANA migration projects.
- Knowledge of SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) and integration scenarios.
- Exposure to SAP Security and authorization concepts for Fiori apps.
