Responsibilities:
- Strong expertise in Enterprise Data Architecture, including conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling.
- Experience with HR Analytics and HCM data domains such as workforce, talent, compensation, learning, and people analytics.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Data Platform technologies, including Databricks, Lakehouse, and Medallion Architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Fabric, including OneLake, semantic models, certified data products, and Power BI.
- Knowledge of enterprise data integration patterns, including batch, CDC, streaming, and data contracts.
- Experience implementing data governance, data quality standards, Unity Catalog, and business glossary alignment.
- Strong data engineering skills with expertise in building and optimizing complex data pipelines.
- Proven technical leadership experience driving architecture reviews, engineering standards, and DevOps practices.
- Preferred Domain Experience
- HR Analytics / Human Capital Management (HCM)
Nice to Have:
- Microsoft Azure Data Engineer or Data Architect certification.
- Microsoft Fabric Analytics Engineer certification.
- Databricks Data Engineer or Architect certification.
