Responsibilities include:
Accurately enter customer orders/warranty claims into the order management system- Review/Edit orders for completeness, pricing accuracy, and delivery requirements
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone,online chat, and email in a professional and timely manner
- Resolve basic order issues, discrepancies, and status questions
- Communicate with internal departments (sales, shipping, operations) as needed
- Research historical documentation to assist Customer Service and Sales
- Filing and maintaining digital documentation
- Support the customer service team with additional administrative tasks during peak periods
- Contributing to team effort with a positive attitude
Qualified applicants will have:
High school diploma or equivalent required- Previous experience in order entry, customer service, or administrative support preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook); ERP or order entry system experience a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable attendance throughout the seasonal assignment
