Job Summary:
The ideal candidate would be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support decision-making in the organization. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial modeling, and the ability to communicate with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, monitor, and analyze financial data to identify trends and variances
- Support the budgeting and forecast process on a monthly and annual basis
- Assist in evaluating cost savings projects and create analytics to show their performance
- Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis to support decision making
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments, including Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and Operations to align financial goals
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data in reporting systems
- Create various financial models and variance analysis
- Support the growth initiatives for our Project Management System within our organization
- Assist with various Ad-Hoc requests
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of GAAP and corporate accounting principles
- Strong documentation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with large sets of data
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- 2 to 5 years of experience in financial analysis, ideally within manufacturing or industrial sectors
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Finance
- Excellent communication skills to bridge finance and operational/commercial teams
