We are a growth-oriented commercial real estate brokerage seeking a driven, licensed Commercial Real Estate Associate to join our sales and acquisitions team. The ideal candidate brings an established client network, a track record of closed transactions across multiple asset classes, and the entrepreneurial mindset to build and manage an existing book of business. This role offers substantial earning potential and the resources of a full-service brokerage platform.
Unlike traditional brokerage models, we operate in a team environment and provide internal team support, technology, and cover certain expenses depending on the candidate's experience and performance.
- Originate, negotiate, and close buy-side and sell-side transactions in any internal niche market, or across other asset classes depending on current experience.
- Develop and maintain relationships with investors, owners, and institutional clients.
- Conduct property valuations, market analyses, and underwriting to support transaction decisions.
- Prepare and present offering memoranda, proposals, and pitch materials.
- Represent clients throughout the full deal lifecycle: sourcing, due diligence, contract negotiation, and closing.
- Collaborate with internal research, marketing, and capital markets teams and resources to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
- Track market trends, comparable sales, and economic indicators to provide informed advisory services.
- Maintain accurate records of pipeline activity, client interactions, and transaction data in company CRM systems.
Required
- Active state real estate broker's license or salesperson license.
- 3 years of commercial real estate brokerage experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in sales and/or acquisitions across one or more CRE asset classes.
- Strong financial modeling and underwriting skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship management abilities.
- Self-directed with a proven ability to generate leads and manage a deal pipeline independently.
Preferred
- CCIM, SIOR, or other relevant professional designation.
- Existing network of investor, owner, and institutional relationships in local, regional, or national markets.
- Experience with CoStar, Argus, or similar CRE analytics platforms.
- Background spanning multiple or niche asset classes (auto, office, industrial, retail, multifamily, etc.)
- This is a commission-based compensation structure.
- Company-paid software systems, listing, and sales platform expenses.
- Certain company-paid expenses based on experience and performance.
- Access to proprietary leads, deal flow, research, and marketing resources.
- Collaborative, high-performance team culture with a track record of closing significant transactions.
