Duties & Responsibilities:
- The Hearing Instrument Specialist is responsible for performing hearing evaluations on existing patients and cleaning hearing instruments. At times you may be recommending the proper solution of technology to help the patients hearing loss and lifestyle. Must be willing to step in and sell as needed.
- Other responsibilities included but are not limited to, hearing aid fitting using Live Speech Mapping, hearing aid maintenance and repairs, patient counseling, and making sure the patient receives a thorough and memorable experience with us.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- State licensing is required, which we provide training for, to ensure your success with us. If you currently hold a license, please let us know.
- The ideal candidate must be service focused and have take pride in their work to support our practice.
