Qualifications:Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests and team members
- Answer and direct phone calls and messages
- Support communication between office and field teams
- Assist with general office organization and coordination
- Support field staff with access to systems and tools
- Approve and process orders
- Prepare and send monthly reports using Excel, Power BI, and Outlook
- Help maintain office supplies and coordinate equipment needs
- Other tasks, as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Comfortable working independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Power BI
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism
